Thank you, Nikki, for sharing your personal experience with me. It was encouraging and heartlifting to realise that i am not odd or sad in seeing death/bereavement and loss in a very final way on Earth, at least.

How Do I Work?
All my coaching is guided by The SAFE Method.
The SAFE Method is the compassionate foundation behind all of my coaching work.
It ensures that before anything changes, you feel emotionally held, grounded, and free to move at your own pace.
The SAFE Method in Practice:
In 1:1 coaching, we move through these stages at your pace. Sometimes in one session, sometimes over months.
In The Grief Garden, we explore whichever stage feels most present for the group that month.
In The Grief Café, we simply hold space, allowing people to be in whichever stage they're in, without needing to name it.
S - Soften
We start by creating safety and space. No pressure to "fix" anything — just room to breathe and be held.
This stage supports: Overwhelm, exhaustion, emotional flooding
A - Acknowledge & Anchor
We name what's present and help you find steady ground, even when everything feels unstable.
This stage supports: Confusion, identity loss, feeling unmoored
F - Feel & Flow
We allow your emotions to move naturally, without judgment or rushing.
This stage supports: Stuck grief, emotional numbness, fear of feelings
E - Emerge
When you're ready, we explore who you're becoming and what small steps feel right.
This stage supports: Rebuilding, clarity, gentle forward movement
