
Refund Policy

At New Future Life Coaching, I am deeply committed to delivering valuable, heart-centered support through coaching services, programs, and circles. I also understand that life and emotions can be unpredictable, especially when we’re navigating grief or transformation. That’s why I aim to have a fair and respectful refund policy that honours both your investment and my time.
1:1 Coaching Sessions

Payment & Booking:
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Refunds:
Due to the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, refunds are not generally offered for 1:1 coaching sessions once booked. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered at my discretion.
Group Coaching Programs & Grief Circles

Refunds Before the Start Date:
If you change your mind 7 or more days before the program begins, you may request a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 Days of Start Date:
Refunds are not guaranteed if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the program starts, as your space will have been held and preparations made.
After Program Begins:
Once a group program or grief circle has started, no refunds will be given. Please ensure the timing, commitment, and emotional readiness feel right for you before signing up. If you're unsure, reach out for a chat before enrolling.
Digital Products (e.g. downloads, workbooks, meditations)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that life sometimes throws us curveballs. If you are facing a significant issue that prevents you from participating, please reach out as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee a refund, I will always approach your situation with empathy and work with you to find the best possible solution — whether that’s deferring your place, rescheduling, or transferring credit.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
Please email: newfuturelifecoaching@gmail.com - Include your full name, the service you booked, and the reason for your request. I aim to respond within 3 working days.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you're in the UK or EU, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital or distance purchases — but this does not apply once services have begun or content has been accessed.
