Welcome to
The Grief Garden

Life after loss can feel heavy and lonely, but you don’t have to carry it on your own.

The Grief Garden is a monthly gathering where people living with any kind of loss come together in a peaceful outdoor space.

Surrounded by nature and supported by a compassionate community, you’ll find a safe space to share, reflect, and connect - even in the midst of grief.

About The Grief Garden

Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

The Grief Garden is held at Gather Community Garden, a local allotment where nature and community come together to support healing.

This monthly circle is open to anyone experiencing loss - whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, the loss of a job, or another significant life change. The space is gentle, welcoming, and non-judgmental, and guided by The SAFE Method to ensure everyone feels supported, acknowledged, and able to emerge at their own pace.

In the circle, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Soften into a safe space and share your experiences, being truly heard

  • Feel acknowledged and anchored as you connect with others who understand your journey

  • Reflect, allow emotions to flow, and find moments of calm in nature

  • Gently emerge with guidance and support as you navigate your personal journey

No registration fee and no prior experience is required — just a willingness to be present and held within the circle.
